Returns & Exchanges

At Dora Gouveia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items received more than 45 days after delivery.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange. b. Our team will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning the item. c. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. d. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. e. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or there was an error in your order.

  1. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original form of payment.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, follow the steps above for returning the item. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
